How cool is this? Lily Chin will be visitng us, right here at Knit-O-Matic! I'm so excited, not only because Lily is a great knitter, fabulous teacher and dy-no-mite designer, but she's also a really fun person too! Must be why the likes of Martha Stewart & David Letterman like her so much.

CREATIVE KNITTING & CROCHET

Sunday from 11am to 12pm, 2 weeks, dates TBA

Boost your creative potential, learn how to choose complimentary yarn texture and colour combinations the easy way. Colour, composition and contrast are the keys to good design. Join in as these principles are explained in easy-to-understand terms by our friendly instructor Tracy call, local visual artist, graphic designer and knit/crochet enthusiast. Through demos, short lessons, one-on-one guidance and take-home handouts with check charts, she'll help you: improve your confidence in choosing & combining yarn colours & textures; boost the artistic quality of your projects; and design pieces that are sure to have a fabulous visual impact. Shift from Knitter or Crocheter to artist while expanding your design abilities and taking your creativity further than you imagined.

Materials: As this is a design course you won't need any but bring your current project for critic or to stay after class to knit or crochet and visit with us for a while.
